Woodruff key

We are trying to find a 4 degree advance timing Woodruff key. For our 200 blaster. We bought 2 from vitos and both were wrong. I need them to measure 3mm at the base and they keep coming in at 3.1mm, they won't fit.
Please help

That is an easy fix. Just grind it down on sandpaper resting on glass. 0.1mm is very little.
