It defiantly won't just drop in, the two motors are completely different.

Does the banshee front a arms fit a 89 lt250r? I got a spare banshee that has top end blown and am wanting to try to swap out some parts on it.
Gonna use the rear shock for sure. Would like to use the front end too.

so i need to know if someone has done the z400 rear shock to 91-92 lt250r. i need a a real ansure, not i hear it works from a buddy whos uncles friends son read it on blowtracks. the rear on my LT is wasted and id rather just buy a newer shock rather than have this one rebuilt.

I have an 86 lt with an ltz400 rear shock currently being modified to fit. Bought the shock for 50 bucks because mine had a front shock in the rear when I got the wheeler. So far besides being longer the u shape mount needs to be ground slightly to fit the bottom Mount and the shock needs to be reversed on mine to clear my linkage.

reviving this old thread. I've been searching for a document like this for some time and have been unable to find one. So I made one.
