Just Picked up my Titan this past friday. Hopefully I'll have some pictures of it and the banshee together this week.

you s.o.b. i am so stinking jealous of you. . . i love those trucks. . . other than a white crew cab titan my other dream truck (new) would be an avalanche with the chrome stuff like on an escalade. . .
Well I sold my Titan and got a Ford F350 Diesel. I needed a plow truck and the Titan wouldn't cut it. Loved the Titan but needed a big truck.
Now I just need to figure out what my next vehicle is going to be since the Ford is paid off. Thinking about getting an Escalade still not sure yet

of course a super duty, its a 99 extended cab with Lariat package. Has everything but my fuckin windows don't work I need to get it in the shop to get that fixed soon

Screw Nissan. I want a damn F150 with a 6cylinder diesel in it. Yes Ford has a diesel 6 banger already they just need to nut up and put it in the F150.
What do they have a 6 cylinder diesel in? I know they have the new 6.0 liter but never heard about there 6 cylinder.
I like the 7.3 liter than the new 6.0 people say it is the same power and all but I don't buy it. F150 is not comfortable to me I had one as a rental and it was painful but that could just be me.

my mom had sweet 4 banger diesel passat, it was the shizz, she'd get in a hurry and launch it in third just to have an excuse to beat on her car. . .
They are using it in some commercial lighter duty trucks, its basically a 6.0 with two cylinders missing. 200hp and 440lb. They were intending on placement in the F150, thats why the truck is so big for a half ton. I have to say I like the 6.0 better, its like a gas diesel. Its not the best for pulling, but the new 5sp tranny is bad ass and it revs much higher than the other trucks so its more fun to drive. They are having some problems but all of them have some problems in one way or another and I am sure they will continue to work them out. The 6 banger would pull anything I would want to pull and get better mileage than a gas. I cant say I have ever been in a rental F150 with the lowest interior grade possible but the leather ones are so much more refined than any other truck on the market. My rental wasn't that low grade it didn't have leather but it was power everything else. It was just not comfortable to sit in. The F350 has a lot more space. Not to mention people get the hell out of your way when your in the 350.
Can't wait to plow with it. Towing with it is awesome it makes the 2 place snowmobile trailer like it wasn't even there. the 350 doesn't rev fast but I hear with the chip you can make it pretty fun. Not sure if I will do that or not since I am just going to use it for plowing and towing soon.

I should say it revs fast in comparison to other deisel engines, of course it doesnt rev like a gas. Wow I cannot believe you were not comfortable in an 04- F150, I have never met anyone who was not impressed with the interior, even diehard chevy and dodge guys normally like it.
I would say the Titan has a way better interior. Actually I would say the Nissan titan smokes the competition in the 1/2 ton market. I loved that truck the motor was fast and the interior was awesome and comfortable.`
I dont know how it sits but I think the interior looks like cheap plastic crap. Here is a pic from approx the same angle and distance of both leather model equiped trucks, I dont see how anyone can say the Titan look anything other than cheap in comparison with the F150's interior. I dont even think it compares to chevy which is not that nice. They are all platic but they could at least use some good looking molds and good platic. Normally foriegn vehicles do a much better job of having appealing interior.

Ok I wil give you this the F150 looks nicer than it ever has in the past
BUT
I still don't like it I think the F150's SUCK BALLS. THe things is slow performs like shit and can barely tow a trailer. Also I don't like woodgrain trim it looks like an old mans car. Sorry I'm only 27 I have plenty of years to get my cadilac with my pimp woodgrain trim. Also putting wood trim around the stereo looks stupid the stereo doesn't even blend in. Then the Stearing wheel looks like it is wrapped in a diaper. The interior color is fucking ugly as sin. I don't need 20 different ugly colors on my dash. It's like they couldn't pick just one color so they decided to keep them all.

Lets see the Titan came with Factory sprayed liner, Utility Trac bed system, and many other features. Geee who is copying them now FORD, Chevy, Dodge. The only 1/2 ton truck that is faster then the Titan is the Dodge Hemi and that really isn't a far comparison.
OH YEAH
Then talk about the extended cabs on Ford's. The fucking thing barely opens. My Titan opened all the way up.

Go for the GMC 3500 maaan if you are looking for space and comfortable and HUGE amount of tourqe go for it and it is very very reliable Car.

I don't need torque or space in my secondary vehicle. I have my F350 for torque. I really don't know what I want to get for my next car. Not going to do anything till next year since winter is coming. Just doesn't make sense to buy a new car and have it get crappy in the winter

Ah to each his own thats why there are so many on the market, the market that ford leads, LOL. The way I look at it is, I can make a truck run better, but I just can install new interior a piece at time. Plus if they put a diesel in it then that would make it a totally different ball game.
