Hello, im TwoShotTom, im a old gizzier trying to feel young again. Anyway, I ended up with what I was told was a 1985 Kawasaki KX 250 A. I got it from a friend who forgot to add oil to the gas and seized it. This was 12yrs ago. I tried once to repair it. It ran for 2 min and quit. I pushed it into the barn. Anyways. I bought a good cyl and piston off ebay for a 1985 Kx 250. It arrived and after being at loss for a few days i figured out it is a 1986! Exhaust valves are different and also the ports are different sizes. I'm thinking, throw it, but maybe someone out there has a solution. Only 2 I can come up with one, bore the exhaust valve bigger, or file 13
