I was out riding my restored 86 Moto4, was hammering it. Looked back to see if my buddy was still behind me, and slammed into a pole in the field.. It did not mess the quad up bad but it did put a dent, witch is enough to break my heart! Quad climbed up the pole and thru me off the back and I landed on a rock.. HURT LIKE HELL!! But here is the carnage. (Paint on the frame isnt the best, but the runs are water I cleaned the quad before I took the pic)

Here's the pole.

no offense man, but the over spray on the stem and brake lines dont make it seem "restored" to me. either way glad your ok though.

i would like to see the whole quad though. i use to love the old moto4's from back in the day, but have never seen a red one. i know yamaha made them in blue and yellow.

There is now way this quad is restored, unless your idea of restored is setting off a spray bomb under your quad and letting it spray everything.

As stated above...I'm thinking that Yamaha never made the Moto 4 in red.

I'm really no expert on the old school bikes, but it looks like a Honda chassis to me. i could be wrong.

Do you have any full shots of the bike?

oh, btw...good thing you didnt get screwed up.

I painted the quad black with a red frame myself. The paint may not be the best but it is better than what was on it lol. When I got it the plastics had holes in them and painted every color on the candy land board. The "restored" status is the engine, it had all most everything missing. But yes I have a couple pics of it. the two boxes I mounted because I all ways like carrying tools and a chain just in case, so I took two boxes I had and mounted them. When i get the money together I am planning on buying new plastics for it, but that wont be soon.
