man! i am a new buyer on abay ....iv only made a handfull of purchases....and i purchased a choke cable for a bike i had. the cable was 30 bucks....i recieved the cable but it was missing this little plastic clip on it witch is required for instalation. the clip cost me 23 dollars.... i would never leave someone a negative feedback...alot of people make there living on ebay..that shit is super serious! so when i filled out the feedback thing, i marked the nuetral comment and left this as my comment...."""quick shipping......nice quality motion pro product!"""..... then this fucker leaves me a negative feedback..... and said it was because i didnt give him a positive feedback.... is nuetral feedback a bad thing? he is all mad cause of a nuetral feedback? is there anything i can do about this? is that thing perminent? can he change it? can i change it? will this effect other people selling me things on ebay? should i start a new account?

neutrol feed back isnt bad or good it is so he doesnt gain a point or lose one. basicly its a 2 out of 3.
Yeah neutral isn't so bad, but what a dick for leaving you negative. You can respond to his feedback and also you can contact Ebay. They can withdrawl negative feedback but Ebay has to approve.
ok? what exactly do i have to do to get it taken off? does he need to agree? do i have to present the evedence and such? my feedback clearly shows nuetral, ""quick shipping......nice quality motion pro product!""...and he responded negative, ""shipped correct item super fast and i dont get a posative ?????????????????????? Seller: motorheadtoys(11133) ""......... do you think this would be proper grounds? if i try and discuss it with the seller, is there anything that he can do? or should i not bother and just go straight to the helpdesk at ebay?
It's worth a shot to contact the seller first to see if he will agree to take it back. Just explain why you left him neutral.
Id also comtact the seller first.
i had a ebay problem, three guys didny leave any feedback? and i left them positive?
What a dickhead i hate people like that on there. I just read something ebay sent to me the other day and they said they changed the policy and that buyers could not get negative feedback anymore only sellers so i woudl email ebay and find out whats up. Cause thats the problem with teh whole feedback score if you are unhappy as a buyer and leave a negative feedback the seller can then in turn leave you one which is not fair if you have payed and held up your end of teh bargain.
i bought a cd and it did not say in the action that it was a copy so i left a nutral saying it was a copy but fast shipping, he left negfeedback saying that there was 1000's of hrs, i just went on about my life, i was not happy but o-well its been over a year now but it was early in my ebaying so i did not know anybetter but i would contact the seller then ebay
well...i contacted the seller, and asked what was up...i said that i was new and didnt know.... i said that i gave him a positive message with nuetral feedback, and that i didnt think it was very fair of him to give me a negative on the basis that i gave him a nuetral. i informed him that the cable was missing a piece witch should have come with the oem product. granted i was buying an aftermarket i did not know it would come missing this piece. this is what he replied to me with!.........

"Dear bfulton620,

as far as i am concern a neutral is the same as a negative , feedback is not email , if you had a problem all you had to do is let me know , now you can buy your parts elsewhere looser.

- motorheadtoys Did this answer your question? If not, let the seller know.

i see what he means, i should have emailed if i had a problem instead of geving him a nuetral.... but common? i should of got that part and i could have given him a negative but instead i was a nice guy and gave a nuetral. is he capable of taking it back? if so i could take back mine and he could take back his?

so what do you guys think i should do now? does ebay have a number i could call? i hate dealing with emails and discrepencys.
After reading his reply I would go back in and change the neutral to a negative feedback. I think you can still change it or counter his feedback. E-mailing him or not that is straight up bullshit.
Ebay has a live chat help system where you can talk with somebody. Talk to them because like i said in my previous post they have changed the policies on how they do feedback and i would let them knwo what happened and they will change ti for you. Then tell him where to shove it..
hahahaha...ok then..... i will look right now.... i read something on there site in reference to "follow up feedback". if i could i would make his feedback negative because of his responses and additude alone...but i think the best i can do will be adding a coment....
well when you talk to ebay id ask if you can change it in this situation cause that guys attitude sucks and people like that should be banned from ebay cause they are giving it a bad name.
WOW....what a f*cking Bitch....Im not normally like this, but this hit me hard.
If he lived near me...it would be lights out bitch!!!
But since fighting is not the proper way, Id push Ebay unitll you happy with the results.
I just finished reading the rules that govern the removal of feedback.... it looks like i dont quailify to have this score removed...... it looks like the best i will be able to do is ask this dick if he would like to de a "mutual withdrawel"? what do you guys think? its the best i can do? i realy want this off my score? i dont know if he will do this, because he is obviously annoyed and believes there is a negative condintation surrounding a nuetral feedback.... he has nothing to gain because a nuetral doesnt count against you...but i have everything to gain with a 2 out of 3 rating on my ebay account........????
go to the ebay help forums to find out how to mutually withdraw feedback, nuetral feedback doesn't tarnish one's record, but its not really that good, if you got what you expected, paid the price, and it was shipped to you within a week, theres no reason you shouldn't leave positive feedback, try contacting the seller, if you tell him what you told us, he should withdraw his statement and do one of those mutually withdrawn things, then you guys can start all over again :)
buy something thats like $5 and leave a neg feedback lol

Your not listening.... ebay has changed its policies like just the other day. You need to speak with an actual person. Tehy are not gonna allow buyers to recieve negative feedback ANYMORE reason being is your case. SOmeone like you buys an item pays for it does everythign he is supposed to you get your item it is fucked up or something is wrong you leave a negative feedback so the seller in turn leaves you a negative feedback. That is why they are changing it! So this kind of shit doesnt happen. go on to ebay live chat or live help whatver it is and explain teh situation they will help you in getting it resolved.
