I finally feel I have a handle on jetting. Everything runs like I want but when my bike (2001 CR250R) is cold and I start it with the choke on it seems to rev excessively high. Enough for me to scramble to disengage the choke. Everything is good otherwise. Great idle, off idle picks up smooth, midrange perfect. Not sure about full throttle yet but I am never in a situation to need that. Bike does have a Kehein air striker carb on it. 38 pilot in summer, 40 in winter, JD Jetting blue needle 2nd clip and 175 main. Legend Performance 2 cycle oil 32/1. Has anyone ran into this issue before?
