I am going to re-power my 400EX and am planning a CR500 engine transplant but....I have come across a pretty good deal on an 89 CR250. Is there any big bore kits for that bike? I would like to run an engine with the power of at least a 310R. Does the Pro-X cylinder work on that bike?

Yes,
you can get a pro-x cylinder that will bolt up on the CR250R.
I dont have the cylinder kit part numbers in front of me right now but I will later on.
I'm back with numbers,
CR250R to 330cc
86/91 model
