2003 Yamaha blaster engine squeak.

Bought this blaster a month ago for 500 bucks because it had no spark. Tors delete was done incorrectly so I rewired it and got spark. Got it to run for a few seconds off starting fluid and engine sounded good and healthy. Cleaned the carb put it back on the bike and went to go and start it. When I kicked the bike over it had a loud squeak, sounded like a mouse was in my engine. I don’t know if it’s an air leak or if it’s bad crank bearings.
Other things worth noting:
I found that the crank case was cracked right where the kickstarter shaft does. I had it tig welded.
Will attach a video Video of the squeak , I’m completely clueless on where this could be coming from. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If anyone is having the same issue I believe I fixed it. A motor mount was loose letting the engine move and scrape against the the mount connected to the frame. The engine head nuts were also loose letting oil seep past the head gasket. The engine still runs like shit haven’t gotten the carb issue fixed yet so It doesn’t run for long. It also sheared the woodruff key but I forgot to put the washer in when reinstalling the flywheel so that may have been more user error than anything else.
Wouldn't hurt to pull apart and go through entire engine. Order all new bearings and oil seals and inspect crank well too.
