YZ125 is not running well. The engine is 100% re-built; new crank, all new bearings and seals as well as the transmission bearings/seals. New OEM cylinder, "B" piston and cylinder. Using new Boyesen RadValve. Carb has been cleaned and installed new OEM jets. Mikuni TMX36

It has a lack of pep, no zip when cracking the throttle open.
