This is the LT250 that we started with. Nothing special pretty much stock except for a DG Silencer. The project is to make the LT look better than it did back in 1987 and also make it an MX quad. We plan on racing this quad this upcoming 2005 season if we can get it all done this winter.
As you can see most all of the stock parts shows the wear of 18 years. For this we have to buy a lot of new parts. First we must recondition all the parts like the frame and hubs. For this we are going back to Northeast Powder Tech to get all the metal parts powdercoated. At the same time we sent the motor off to 1Dirracing.com to have the motor get set to race. You will see each step of this build in the chapters below.

The frame is back!!!! We just got the frame and all the little parts back from Northeast Powder Tech. We had them do the Frame Blue Hammerthrow and the rest of the parts Black. For more information on the Powder coating process click on the photo.

Sweet beautiful chrome a-arms. These are a set of +3+1 Burgard A-arms. They look great on our fresh powdercoated frame. Click on the picture to see more pictures and informations
