I'd like to compile a list of custom pipe builders for 2 stroke expansion chambers. Good information to know when your working on some special from conversion project, or want a system tailored to your specific engine. If anyone has or knows of one that isn't on the list, feel free to reply, I'll edit this and add them to it:

I didn't realize Jemco was still in business. There was a guy selling one for the Tri-Z here locally on craigslist about a month ago.

Jon is still in business and he will make you pretty much whatever you want at *very* good prices. A full custom cone pipe for a Tri-Z last I heard was like $220, which is an awesome price.

I went with shearer , top notch took the time to talk about my setup and even offered some tips, Than called me the day he shipped it out to let me know when I could expect it (hopefully tomorrow or the next day) and threw in some extra parts to help with the mounting. I don't think customer service can get much better than this.

Yeah Matt is a good guy and has a lot of knowledge and he will actually share a bit with you because he wants you to be happy with his pipe.

Yes, Jerry can make pipes for anything. His work is top notch. He is well known for his 250R Honda pipes and his quadracer pipes as well as his jet ski pipes.

I think I got the last 'custom' FTZ pipe hehe
His guy did a sweet job considering all he had to go off of was pictures, measurements, and port timing.

I've never heard of Jemco before. That's awesome to know that he's 30 minutes away from where I live.

      Thanks for the info!

He is very oldschool, been doing it a lot of years. I've seen a bunch of his work in person and the craftsmanship is just as impressive as anything Shearer builds IMO.

I think ftz has went 4 stroke stupid like everyone else. I don't think they want to take the time to build the pipes for just 295 dollars. Now if want to spend 2500 bucks on a 450r motor well i'm sure they can whip that right out for ya... Sorry to hijack the thread just had to vent. On the positive side if you do find one of their pipes they are bada$$ for sure.

I called FTZ a few weeks back and was told that they are backed up because they are building micro sprint car pipes.
